In response to the devastating floods that recently affected Banshkhali, Chattogram, Rafah Foundation launched a four-day emergency humanitarian response from 11 to 14 July 2026 to support flood-affected communities.
Guided by its commitment to “Extending Hands in Service to Humanity,” the Foundation’s dedicated volunteers worked directly in the field, delivering emergency food assistance, essential relief supplies, and basic healthcare services to families facing severe hardship.
Day One (11 July): Emergency Dry Food and Cooked Meals
As floodwaters left many families without the ability to prepare food, Rafah Foundation responded immediately with emergency assistance.

- Nutritious cooked meals were prepared and served to 1,000 displaced and vulnerable people.

Day Three (13 July): Essential Food Packages and Medical Camp
Recognizing the ongoing needs of affected families, Rafah Foundation expanded its support by providing essential food supplies and healthcare services.
- 1,000 families received food packages containing rice, lentils, cooking oil, potatoes, onions, and puffed rice.
- A medical camp was organized to provide primary healthcare consultations and essential medicines for flood survivors.
- Local residents expressed heartfelt appreciation, noting that the assistance brought much-needed relief during an extremely difficult time.

Day Four (14 July): Continued Food Assistance with Community Support
On the fourth day, relief efforts continued in collaboration with local volunteers and community members. Essential food supplies were distributed to additional flood-affected families to ensure wider humanitarian coverage.
