“A Tree for the Future, Our Commitment to Protecting the Environment” — Tree Plantation Campaign 2025
Planting trees is now a necessity of the time to maintain ecological balance, prevent environmental pollution, and ensure a sustainable future for the next generations. Only 15% of Bangladesh’s total land area is covered by forest, whereas at least 25% is required. Pollution, climate change, heat waves, sudden floods, and cyclones constantly remind us—nature does not take revenge; it reflects our actions. We believe that a tree is not just about oxygen—it is a life, a shelter, and a future.
In light of this reality, Rafah Foundation has taken an environment-friendly initiative—”Tree Plantation Campaign 2025.” As part of this ongoing campaign, a tree plantation program has been implemented in Nagarpur, Tangail, with the support of our volunteer team.
