Who Can Apply?
Children may be considered for assistance if they meet the following criteria:
Qualify as orphans according to Islamic Shariah and the project’s eligibility criteria.
Belong to a family experiencing genuine and verifiable financial hardship.
Have no more than one child registered for assistance from the same family.
Be no older than 18 years, with priority given to children under 12 years of age.
Each applicant receives a unique registration number upon registration. However, registration does not guarantee sponsorship. Final selection depends on verification, assessed needs, and available resources.

Every orphan deserves care, education, dignity, and the opportunity to build a brighter future. However, in Bangladesh, many orphaned children face financial hardship that makes it difficult to meet their basic needs and continue their education.
Rafah Foundation’s Orphan Support Project aims to identify, register, and verify orphaned children in genuine need and provide them with regular financial assistance. Our goal is not merely to offer temporary relief, but to support their education, overall well-being, and journey toward a dignified future.
How to Sponsor an Orphan
1. Contact Us: Express your interest in sponsorship by email or phone.
2. Get Information: Learn about the registration process and available sponsorship opportunities.
3. Choose a Sponsorship Duration: Arrange monthly, six-month, or annual sponsorship in consultation with the foundation.
4. Make Your Contribution: Complete the sponsorship process by following the foundation’s donation instructions.
5. Stay Informed: Contact the foundation for updates on project activities and the use of your contribution.
Monthly Financial Assistance
Following an assessment of the child’s family circumstances and financial needs, selected orphaned children receive monthly financial assistance to help cover food, clothing, education, healthcare, and other essential needs. Document verification and field visits may be conducted when necessary.
Monthly Sponsorship: BDT 3,000 per child.
