Refund Policy

Rafah Foundation values every contribution and strives to ensure that all donations are used promptly and effectively for humanitarian purposes.

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

1. General Donations:
   A refund request must be made within 07 days of the donation date and only if the funds have not yet been allocated to a specific project.
2. Project-Based Donations:
   If the donation has already been used in an implemented project, refunds cannot be issued.
3. Qurbani Donations:
   Refund requests will be accepted up to 7 days before the Qurbani event. No refunds can be granted within 6 days of the event.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing with proper supporting documentation. Rafah Foundation reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on these conditions.

Applicable Law

By visiting and using this website, you agree that all matters related to these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

Policy Updates
